Greeting Card

So I have been feeding the birds in my backyard and the little ones are so cute. So I wanted to create some greeting card ideas and this is one. It would read ( When times get turbulent, hang in there we are there for you). Or something along those lines. And the color is always my biggest struggle, because there are so many ways to do things different and I have a hard time picking just one. So I need some help, do I just do both or does blue symbolize turbulent and wind better?

More Golf Illustration

At first I was not sure the drawing was tight enough, a bit crazy with the line work. Then I decided to go for it and glad I did because the energy really showed through.

I keep working on some sample stuff for my portfolio. The focus now is on sports related themes and the gesture of the figure. Fishing is very popular and their are tons of fishing magazines so I figured I would create a few samples to mail out.
